Home Delivery Policy:

We offer our own home delivery service in Chattogram for a charge of just 70 BDT. Delivery is available for any weight up to the 2nd floor of a building. If the delivery location is higher than the 2nd floor, the existing charge will cover parcels up to 15 kg. For parcels above 15 kg, an additional 10 BDT per 5 kg will be charged. However, if the building has a lift and the parcel can be transported via the lift, no extra charge will apply.

Courier Delivery Policy:

For areas outside Chattogram where our home delivery service is not available, we deliver through courier services under the following conditions:

Steadfast Courier

✅ Home delivery is available across Bangladesh.
✅ Courier charge: 170 BDT for parcels up to 4 kg, with an additional 20 BDT per extra kg.
✅ Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide, but an advance payment of 170 BDT for courier charges is required.
✅ Delivery may take 2-3 days after parcel booking.
✅ Perishable items are not allowed.

Sundarban & AJR Courier

Apart from Steadfast, we also ship via Sundarban and AJR Couriers. However, these services do not offer home delivery; delivery is only available at the branch office or police station level.

✅ Full payment, including courier charges, must be made in advance via bKash, Nagad, or card.
✅ Minimum courier charge: 160 BDT, which may increase for larger orders.
✅ For 25 kg rice sacks: 220 BDT charge, and for 5L oil containers: 160 BDT charge (only available at district-level branch offices). If additional products are included in the parcel, an extra 150 BDT charge applies. Charges may vary based on order size.
✅ Glass jar items cannot be shipped.
✅ Perishable items are not allowed.
✅ Delivery time is 2-3 days after parcel booking.
