Exchange and Return Policy

Exchange & Return Policy :

We try our best to customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, you are not satisfied with your order, you may request an exchange or return under the following conditions:

You must call us within 24 hours of receiving the product and provide the invoice details.

Refund Claims :

  1. Currently we don’t have any Refund policies. Only Exchange is possible.
  2. If we are unable to deliver any paid order of our customer in that case we refund the amount to our customer.
  3. We refund the full amount within 15 working days.

Valid Reasons for Return :

  1. Wrong Product Received – The item is different from what you ordered.
  2. Damaged or Defective Product – The item is broken, faulty, or has manufacturing defects.
  3. Missing Items – Part of your order is missing.
  4. Incorrect Size or Variation – The size, color, or model is different from what you selected.
  5. Expired Product – If the product has an expiry date and is already expired upon delivery.

Note : Returns are not accepted for change of mind, slight color differences due to screen settings, or normal wear and tear.

Conditions for Returns :

  • Unused & Undamaged – The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from any defects or damage.
  • Complete Packaging & Accessories – The return must include original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoice, and all accessories that came with the product.
  • Original Packaging – The product must be returned in its original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box. If delivered in Patchee packaging/box, it must also be returned.

Important : Please do not apply tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s packaging/box.

Exchange Terms & Policy :

After getting your exchange query, your order will be first checked by our relevant team after assessment you will be offered an exchange (depending on the availability of the product)

  1. If a customer gets the wrong product after purchasing, we will exchange the product for free shipping.
  2. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws.
  3. The product must includes the original tags and accessories
  4. After receiving the product within 48 hours an exchange policy will be available.
  5. Exchange policy will be available for the same product only.
  6. Perfumes are not returnable.
  7. No refund or exchange for discounted products.

How to Request an Exchange

  • Call us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide the invoice.
  • We will guide you on the exchange process and shipping details.

Exchange Process & Shipping

  • Exchanges will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • If the requested exchange is out of stock, you may choose a refund or a different product of equal value.
  • If the exchange is due to a customer preference change, shipping costs may apply.

If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject the refund request.
